I was wondering if someone could supply details of turnover per meeting on the jockey challenges.
Surely this turnover must be of Melbourne Cup proportions if Bruce Clark and Shane Templeton are any guide.
Not one punter I know is even vaguely interested in this form of betting.
Why is it then that every metropolitan meeting in Melbourne we are bombarded with updates on how the jockey challenge is going? Enough is enough!
Surely an update halfway through the day and before the last is plenty.
Most people who went to school can do basic addition so let them work it out themselves.
The "favourite" in the market is usually so short that your weekend punter finds no value in it anyway.
Stick to the horses, boys, because it seems like you’re "jockey challenged".
