Broken record

I must say, Richie Callander, I’m sick and tired of hearing you bag the bookies in Queensland. If you’re so staunch about their percentages then there must be an opening for you to become a satchel swinger!

You can then deliver the 110-percent markets in Queensland and probably go broke in a month!

The big bookies in Victoria and NSW have internet joints to back them. Their joints on course are only a token branch of their business, hence why they can create 110-percent markets.

Then there’s the mighty TAB which works on a 115 percent plus all the time (race in, race out, 24/7) and reaps the benefits of laying all horses.

The TAB marketed itself 20 years ago to get the punters off the track and into PubTABs. Now the TAB cries poormouth and you wonder where the punters are!

You also wonder why Queensland bookies have 130-percent markets. Well, Richie, use your block head. Punters, like bookies, have evolved and most now enjoy a computer and Sky or, if they have earplugs, TVN.

So most punters don’t have to worry about 130-percent markets. It’s simply a punter’s choice.

If they choose to go to the track and cop these markets, it’s their choice. We don’t have to hear your constant whining about this topic.

Also, most of us turn over to Sky when you try to advertise Sportingbet’s Maxi Div and market movers. Please, please try to make it enjoyable, instead of painful to listen to.
