Pair of pearlers
Wow! Two extraordinary pieces of literary wisdom published in Winning Post’s March 2 edition.
Firstly Tony McEvoy’s wonderfully patriotic and accurate piece re Matt Stewart’s reference to "insignificant" South Oz. Go, Tony, go! More passion in racing, I say.
But letter of the year must even at this stage go to "Lofty" from Great Western (Vic), who says to Glen Boss, "Stop it now."
Oh, yeah. I have been over G. Boss’s antics of celebration for a very long time and know plenty who concur!
Even when you back him and he’s won it’s annoying.
