Congratulations to the Kilmore Racing Club for putting on a magnificent day on Sunday October 13 for past and present race callers. In attendance past callers such as John Russell, Brian Markovic, Bryan Martin, Ray Benson, Jack Stylring and SA’s Kevin Dagg. All the great callers who have passed on were remembered.
Present-day callers Adem Olzanski, Dan Mielecki, Terry Bailey and Victoria Shaw were also in attendance. To Lawrie Boyd and his committee, along with CEO John Cameron, it was a sensational day, as our past and present callers received due recognition for the service they do for racing.
Also Paul Egan, who writes for your great racing paper, did a grand job as master of ceremonies. It was a day to remember.
