As regards Richard Callander’s “Never mind Waller …” (30/5), I buy the Winning Post every week but I very rarely look at the Sydney races due to the fact that Chris Waller has too many horses in most races. I just don’t bet on Sydney races anymore.
Good luck to Chris — he is cleaning up on the prizemoney. As they say, make hay while the sun shines.
As Richard says, racing survives off wagering. We can only hope so.
