Why are we waiting?

It’s nearly time the TAB got itself into the 21st century.
A horse is a late scratching at the barrier, yet the punter has to wait for the “now paying” sign to appear (correct weight), however long that might be, before the refund can be made.
There is no reason this should have to be the case. As soon as the horse is scratched, investments on it could be removed from the pool and available for refund.
The delays in giving us details, summaries and dividends, pending correct weight, are also unacceptable. The technology has to be equal to these simple tasks ... or should be!
I don’t see any benefit to the punter in (Sky’s) new graphic depictions of fluctuations, with wriggly lines going here and there. We simply need dedicated screens giving us up-to-date fluctuations on a continuous basis ... which technology must be available.
