Is it only me or are other punters detecting an effect of corporate betting on trifecta, first-four and quaddie dividends?
Whilst I don’t have an account with any corporate betting agency, I do not have a problem with them offering win and place betting to their clients.
However, I am starting to see a major problem with the effect they are having on the exotic pools.
This effect, I believe, is starting to lessen dividends to the extent that the value of investing becomes questionable.
I can’t see the difference between corporates operating on exotics and the Lottoland situation.
The corporates offer no pool of their own but are cannibalising the TAB pool.
I believe it is time for the racing industry to examine this situation before exotic betting becomes irrelevant and the industry loses a prime income source.
