Stand with a view

I would like the racing authorities on the east coast to take a look at the starter’s stand currently in use at Bunbury (WA).
The stand is so tall that the starter looks down into the starting stalls.
He stands on a platform that is about four times the width of the ladder rungs and reinforced. It also has a rail at the front to hold in one hand while operating the start button with the other.
I have seen so many horses denied a fair start because the starter does not have a clear view inside the stalls. I believe all racing people on the east coast would be in favour of this proposal.
