Winning Post - Letter Of The Week Archive

I read with some amusement Pittsburgh Phil’s letter (5/11) in which he promised he would never write to the Winning Post again if Mer de Glace ran in the top 10 of the Melbourne Cup. Well, the horse ran sixth but I will miss Phil’s insightful contributions to the letters page.
Perhaps, the next online poll question could be, “Would you like to see Pittsburgh Phil contributing to Your Say again?”
