Magic Millions day
By Paul Richards, January 11, 2021 - 9:33 AM

Winning Post will be available online from 4pm this Thursday here. The paper will be out in shops this Friday.

It is Magic Millions day on the Gold Coast this Saturday. We'll have all the form, previews and speed maps you need to find the winner of 2YO Classic.

The Magic Millions card just grows in strength and depth each year. The Guineas (1400m), Cup (1400m), Snippets (1200m) and Subzero (2400m) are also developing into great races. Space permitting we'll have five start form so you can sort out the contenders from the pretenders for the whole meeting.

Elsewhere, Flemington hosts the listed Kensington Stakes (1000m) and its usual strong card. In Sydney Rosehill hosts a competitive summer card.

Racing in South Australia and West Australia is at Murray Bridge and Ascot respectively.

Friday night racing returns to The Valley this week.

Winning Post carries full-colour liftout guides for all those meetings plus Camperdown (Vic/SA/Tas edition), Kembla (NSW edition) and Ipswich (Queensland edition), as well as fields, tips, ratings and/or colours for other TAB Saturday cards.

On Sunday we've got liftout formguides for four more TAB meetings plus fields, ratings, tips and colours for a stack more Sunday programs.

Don't forget Winning Post now carries trackwork reports for all four Melbourne training tracks, all three in Sydney, Morphettville in Adelaide and a general Brisbane report.

Away from the form, we've got news columns from Queensland, NSW, six Victorian districts, SA and Tasmania.

Our readers have their say on page 4, while further back in the book Shane Templeton reminisces, Paul Richards presents his unique take on the sport, Matt Stewart tackles the big issues and Number Cruncher delivers the stats that matter.

Winning Post costs $5.50 and is available Thursday online, Friday in newsagents.
