We flagged last week that the Paul Preusker stable was in a rich vein of form, and Preusker’s fellow McKenzie Creek trainer Holly McKechnie got in on the act last Sunday, completing back-to-back wins with her seven-year-old mare Eishaa ($31).
Eishaa finished over the top of her rivals at Bendigo, having taken confidence from her second-up win at Murtoa a fortnight earlier to make it two wins on the bounce, both times under the guidance of red-hot apprentice Shayleigh Ingelse. 
Eishaa now has seven wins from 30 starts, her Murtoa victory coming almost 12 months after her previous, which coincidentally came at the corresponding Bendigo meeting last September.
As for Ingelse, she’d been on all three Preusker-trained winners at Murray Bridge on the Wednesday, and was again aboard the following day as Winning Post went to press when Preusker’s only runner at Warrnambool, Budjik Boy, won a benchmark 62 over 1400 metres.
That made it 11 winners in the space of 22 runners for Preusker, while Ingelse’s wins on Budjik Boy, Like A Tiger at Morphettville last Saturday and Eishaa on Sunday gave her six from 12 rides for the month of September, soured only by suspensions incurred at Casterton (August 30) and last week at Warrnambool.
She’s clear to return on September 26.

Andrew Bobbin’s smart three-year-old Money Honey ($1.35) justified her short quote at Casterton a fortnight ago, making light work of her rivals in a dominant first-up performance. 
The daughter of Capitalist had put the writing on the wall with an impressive St Arnaud jumpout win leading in and, despite an awkward gate, must be considered among the chances at Morphettville on Saturday.
