I understand More Joyous won the George Main Stakes very well but she beat Trusting and Empires Choice — who is a wonderful horse but has not won since Moses parted the Red Sea.

Surely some of the commentators were over the top on how good the win was.

I think the horse is fantastic but let’s call her a champion once she’s beaten something of note.
