Stop counting
The whip rule is an ass and is making a farce of racing! The whips are now softer to stop horses being hurt, yet stewards are wasting time counting the number times a jockey "hits" a mount. May I repeat? The whips are now softer. The obvious alternative is ban whips, or jockeys will end up in the cuckoo’s nest.
