A short note to thank you for getting the Winning Post by lunchtime Friday to places like Rockhampton and Yeppoon, both about 800km north of Brisbane.
They love their racing up there with TABs well patronised even on off days during the week!
Regarding the letters to Your Say about RSN927 radio ceasing its on-air scratchings service, the station representative mentioned the number of people at the kitchen table writing down the scratchings on their form guide had diminished to a very low level. Well, RSN would be surprised at the number of older people who do still sit down at the kitchen table to get their scratchings!
Not being tech savvy means they rely on it — and at a steady pace.
