During my regular visits to Sydney and last year on a driving holiday from Sydney to Melbourne via the NSW south coast I could not find one hotel/motel where the accommodation included either TVN or Sky.

People staying in top-rated hotels around Hyde Park and the Sydney CBD son’t have access to racing on their room’s TV. Is it too costly, other people have said to me — why?

Other sports with which racing is competing are shown in hotel rooms on Fox Sports 1, 2 and 3. Very disappointing that racing is not getting its product into this market.

If cost is the problem let’s get it reduced , so that the racing industry can benefit.
